Are Round body or Oval body mufflers quieter?

Which design is the quieter muffler? Round like a N1 or Oval like a Greddy

the shape isn't the factor it is how much padding and the area of sound absorbtion.

I have a N1 exhaust, let me tell you, IT'S LOUD!

As said, shape has no effect. Design, angle, engine, etc. does... I say engine because different ehausts sound totally different on different engines, if you know what I mean.

As everyone said above, shape doesn't matter. However, let me say that generally the reason for oval, is to fit more sound absorbsion material, or baffles in there, thus the oval is more LIKELY to be quieter...
