It's also a general safety idea, that 5 points carrying the stress of the car are less likely to fail than 4, since the weight and power is distributed in smaller amounts.

Of course what are the chances of 4 lugs failing if they aren't overtightened by wrench monkeys with air tools? Or even of 3 lugs failing? Heck, if torqued correctly even 2 lugs can do the job.
I'd say OEM wheels. That's the only reason I would consider it personally. New TSX wheels = HOT!!!

well, most don't do this in actuality, but in theory you have a better selection of high end wheels, and better choice of brake upgrades...
