Default HELP ASAP: Thinner Cometic HG worth it?

Hey H-T...I'm getting my B18c1 dropped in within the next two days and was going to get a Thinner than OEM Cometic HG to aid my Skunk2 Stage 1 Camshaft setup. But after reading some other posts, people seem to have problems with them. Now if I'm going to risk having problems for a thinner HG, it better give me that much more HP/TQ when tuned. What do you guys think would be the difference in power after tuning between a stock and Cometic Headgasket. I think the Cometic Headgasket only bumps compression up by .2. Help me out H-T! Thanks!

You'll probably gain very little with a 1 or 2 layer headgasket. I'm gonna say only a few HP at the wheels.

It's sorta common that people have problems with them leaking.

If you look at it like this... The USDM B18C1 has a 10.1:1 CR with 170hp at the crank. The JDM version has a 10.6:1 CR with about 180hp at the crank (maybe a little less since they rate their power differently). So the same engine with half a point difference in compression only equals 10hp at the crank.
