01+ Valve Cover Interchangability?

01+ Valve Cover Interchangability?
Would the valve cover from the new 01+ civic's fit the older ones? Say the new Y8 valve cover to a 98 y8? I know it sounds dumb but I like the way the new ones look. But the only problem I see right now is the the way the ignition wires is set up. Thanks.

im pretty sure that it wouldnt work. If u look at the covers for either engine u can see that they r quite different from eachother and most likely will not fit.
