What about Integra Type R cams?

Can you just throw the cams on there or do you have to change anything else?

 

they need tuned and power depends on your other mods...

when i just threw in my toda b's, with stock exhaust/stock itm/stock CR, NO VAFC, CAm gears at Zero Zero...

my car felt LIKE **** and i hated toda for about 3 weeks until i had like 300 miles on the cams, then GHETTO TUNED It....

the power was shady, it would jus rev up and have absolutely no torque from 1k to 3k, splurge from 3-4k, then no power until 7k-8k....

it felt like it was choking...

however, with the ghetto tuning (and i assume with more tuning when i am partially done with my setup----pistons/itm) it feels great..

my torque curve's like ****, but it still has that POWAAAAAAAA

dude where have you been for your other 643 posts? (j/k) untuned you could get between 0-10hp, tuned 8-30hp - the higher your compression, the free'er flowing the head & header & exh the bigger the gain (BTW tuned means cam timing and fuel & air mixture tuned on a dyno)
