Default 195/55 on 15X7 rim???

I have a set of winter tires in 195/55-15 and recently found an old set of wheels in my garage that are 5x114, but 15X7. Can I run the 195 series tire on this rim for the winter???

TIA,
Chris

Yeah they fit absolutely flush with the rim. BTW, make sure you get a correct offset-ed rims.

You'll also want to make sure the center bore (the diameter of the center hole) is the same.

Thanks for the help. I do need to confirm the off-set, though.

Depends on the tires--my 195/55HR-15 Michelin Arctic Alpin Pilots absolutely BULGE off of my 15x6.5 Slipstreams. They'd be fine on 15x7's, but again, not sure about your particular tires.

Well, I checked the off-set...they are +36. Will this work?

TIA,
Chris
