Since no one could answer my previous post here is a simpler version

My car is not getting power to the c1,c4 wires that you need for mpfi
I use a test light right up to the ecu and i get no power
Is their a way to get the power to those wires a different way or are the wires not grounded out somewhere?

Also i have a pic of the blue wire on the distributor that is also not getting power


Any help would be great
This car was running perfect til i removed the ecu to pluged up some holes under it and installing a zex kit but the only wire i have for the zex is to the tps.

Could that mess this up?

Also the car will not throw code 16 til after the car is on

After i shut the car off and turn it to the acc the ecu doesnt throw the code.

i tested all the fuel injectors wires and they are all getting power what could be causeing this i need my car to run right

help
