Myth busters MOTH ***** raises octane???
what you guys think?
i was watching mythi busters and they used moth ***** in the gas tank and they think it raises octane...but would it be corrosive?

So what was their conclusion? Aren't they suposed to conlude something regarding the myth to make it a fact?

The conclucsion was "Plausible", meaning it might or might not increase octane. The show is BS sometimes because on that very same show (it was all car myths) they said the myth that a penny in the carb will ruin a motor was "Busted". Basically they ran it with the penny knocking around for a minute and said it was fine, when you'd obviously not want to do that for very long.
