CLUTCH MASTER STAGE 3 OR SPOON CLUTCH?

what do you guys think is better and why? i need help in deciding which one to buy.

Personally I like Clutchmaster clutches. Stage 3 takes some getting used to. I had one in my car before. Once you got the hang of it, it was great. I don't know much about the Spoon clutch.

clutchmaster is cheaper, spoon would be compared to stage 1. what set up are you running?
