Bent opening on AEM intake...help.

Bent opening on AEM intake...help.
I noticed the opening (filter side) on my AEM CAI is bent. I think it was a manufacturing defect or something because the box wasn't damaged or anything during shipping. Will this affect performance in any way? Or should I call up AEM customer service to see if they'll do something about this. Thanks in advance.

most of them are like that. just gently bend it back to a round shape. no big deal. if it is crushed, well that's another story.....
