FYI: Race Engineer position opening

We are looking for an engineer for the remainder of the 2004 season and for our 2005 program. Hands-on professional race experience required. Prefer someone with RWD or BMW experience, but not a requirement. Please email resume.

So does anyone know if they are looking for an actual engineer or someone with a lot of race car experience? I am not real interested in the job but for future refrence I would love to know.
