Yes you can but just dont rev it to the moon. I would say 8k max. We ran ctr cams on stock b16 valvetrain for a long time

I had talked to buddy cliub usa and they quoted that the stock b16a valvetrain shoule be ok. this is from what they said buddy club of japan quoted to them. I would only use it to stock redline or go at least itr
