Default help with mild all-motor setup (cam choice)

Sooner or later, im going to want to get some cams to get a little extra power. I have a mild setup on a daily driven integra that includes all the bolt ons. The block is a b16A block with a B18C head (stock).

What would be a nice cam to use in everyday driving that still gives good power and throttle response over GSR cams? Im thinking CTR or ITR, but I would like some first hand experiance on the subject. What cams are people running on daily driven cars?

I have a hondata that will be going in soon, so tuning is not a real issue. My CR is 10.5:1 and the B16 block is balanced and equipped with ARP rod bolts. Im still using the dual stage intake mani on the b16 and dont plan on changing it.

fire away.

perfect cams for oyu is the skunk stage 1 but i recommend getting inner springs for the exhaust side and let v-tec kick in at 5800rpm

I just don't want to have to rev the holy hell out of my motor (relatively speaking for Honda's) to get any power. I need something with midrange grunt to it.

Buddy Club Spec 3+ cams

perfect for the daily driver. and they make up to 10+hp more than ITR/CTR cams.

I like the ITR/CTR cams. Great for daily driving and can't beat OEM stuff.

ITR/CTR, Skunk2 Stage I, Toda Spec A

Don't forget to upgrade the valvetrain. Any valve float is bad...mmmkay.

Im thinking its going to be 2000+ ITR or CTR.

Skunk 2 may be do-able if I come across some extra cash.

can you back up your opinion with dyno sheets showing midrange gains?

C'mon, don't just tell me "Jun3 intake, blah blah exhaust" give me proof that it works.
