Well it depends if it is lowered with coilovers or springs. If its just a mild drop and you dont want empty your wallet Id say youd be looking at the kyb gr-2's, or maybe the adjustable agx's.

If you want really basic, Tokico HP (blues). If you want better, Illumina's or KYB AGX's.

Look in the "basic guide to accords" above you

I agree with accordselux. Tokico HP (blues) are a good upgrade from stock to aftermarket shocks but are not the best. I would suggest Tokico Illuminas cause thats what I'm going to have installed in a week or two.

Tokico blues are good for the money. But for a liitle more you'll want to go with the illuminas. KYB AGX also not a bad choise.

My friend has an accord on 18's with a body kit. It isnt lowered one millimeter. He stalls out trying to idle over speedbumps. Have you ever seen a teeter-totter? You know one kid on each side and it pivots back and forth? That's what your car looks like if you lower it and have 18 inches and you get to something higher than a leaf off the ground. Since I only lowered mine 1.25" on stock wheels (SE alloys are the ****!), I laugh as I pass over those speedbumps with ease.

I figured he wouldnt do it if he had to go over 2 speedbumps in and 2 speedbumps out every day from school...

personally I am very underimpressed with the performance of the ground controls. They are shitty ride quality in my opinion for how much you pay. I also think accords are better suited with a spring set up not a coilover set up. Secondly, for the money if you want adjustablity, kyb agx is definitley the way to go for the money. Lastly, a nice spring to compliment the agx's would be either the eibach sportline or prokit. The prokit is about 1.25 drop and sport is right at 2.
