From Formula1.com-
Schumacher set to star in Race of Champions.
Michael Schumacher will have another chance to prove that he is the greatest driver ever to race - when he takes place in the Race of Champions event in December.
The six-times Formula One World Champion will be competing against stars from many other motorsport disciplines, including current World Rally Championship leader Sébastian Loeb. This year the event will move from its traditional home on the Canary Islands to the Stade de France in Paris where a special 1km long figure of eight course will be laid out. Other Formula One stars to have previously taken part in ROC include Fernando Alonso, Cristiano da Matta, Olivier Panis and Nick Heidfeld.
"We are thrilled that Michael Schuamcher has accepted our invitation to compete," said Michele Mouton, the former rally star and one of the event's organisers, "the world's most talented rally drivers will not want to be beaten by a circuit racer, even if he is a six-times World Champion."
"I am really looking forward to competing in The Race Of Champions for the first time," said Schumacher, "I have seen it on TV before and it looks like a lot of fun."

The IROC cars aren't production, they're tube frame cars, just like a Trans-Am car.
But YEAH, I can't wait to see this, because I've said for a long time that rally drivers are probably faster with their hands and overall reactions than the average F1 pilot given the nature of their sport... But Schumacher is not your average F1 pilot.
