Anyone have any idea how much it would cost to FULLY document this event?? Could it be done and then put on speedvision like the SCCA did with the 12 hours at the point?

Would other racers be willing to kickin to cover the costs?

$1200-$1500 for an 8 hour day. That is generally what it costs for one cameraman and one audio technician. That is for anything quality. I'm sure you could get some fly by nighters to do it with rented Canon XL1s for a little bit less.

Oh, and then you have to get it edited.

 

Team toilet = effect industries = filming crew.

Seriously they are professional film dudes...despite that horrible defect thing that I got raped for $15.00!

 

Don't forget how much the Air time on SPEED will cost you, that is if you want to show it anywhere but your friends house or the internet.

Anyone have any idea how much a half hour block of SPEED Channel goes for?

 

If you all can tape it I can put it on DVD videos cheap, I would donate my $50 to see it on Speed
