anyone have one in socal, i have decided to just buy a 97 spec itr motor. cause ic ant find the 98 and up. So i wanna change the final drive to pretty much make the motors more equal. thanks let me know

IMO It's not all that different from a 4.40 final. I had both and when I was driving at 90mph on the freeway it would rev at 5k and stay there with the 4.785. With the 4.40 final it was at 4800 at 90mph. I do admit that it's a better tranny but if you can't find it, the 4.40 is just as good. I'd sell you mines but I shipped it to Maryland.

wow 4.9 wouldnt that be alil to much? if the 4.7 is at 5k the 4.9 would almost be in vtec
