I am doing my H22a right now. IM humble opinion boost the only real way to make serius power. On boost the engine is good to about 270 WHP or so at the most. anything over that u are taking the chance and blowing the ringlands on the pistons (dont get me wrong people have gone over that but I dont reccomend it). As far as the tranny goes, I dont have much experience with the automatic tranny on Hondas. I believe there are some aftermarket stronger converters. WIll have to do some research on that.
