please help me out here guys, heres the story I HAD a running 1994 gsr and a 1992 gsr that wound'nt start. I thought the 1992 needed a dist. so I pulled the dist. out of the running 1994 and put it in the 1992 and the 1992 started right up. so I ordered another dist. for the 1992, but when I put the new dist. in the 1992 it still wouldn't start, so I put the the new dist. in the running 1994 and it wouldn't start the 1994 either so I figured the new dist. was no good. now when I put the original dist. out of the 1994 back into the 1994 the 1994 won't start now.

it makes no sense to me, the 1994 was a running car, and now it won't start just like the 1992, both cars have very weak spark, but I've tried a few different dist. in these cars, I even went as far as to swap the coil and ignitor out of my running 1992 civic SI into the 1994 and the guts out of the 1994 into my civic dist. and my civic still starts, but neither of the integra's will start.

please help me out here guy's I know it's something stupid and I just cannot figure this goddam thing out, and I need to get these cars running. TIA guys

****...did you install it right? Kinda hard to break a distro just by swapping it out.

 

yeah I know it's kinda hard to do, but that seems to be the case, the original dist. out of the 1992 and the 1994 are both no good, I got another new dist. for the 1992 and the 1992 runs and the 1994 won't. it makes no sense, I've double checked everything over and over again, what the hell could I have screwed up on the 1994 just by taking the dist out ?
