i have a 1995 integra ls body and my cruise control use to work fine as my horn as well

but now my cruise control don't work either my horn button

i know is maybe the same problem for both since they are both at the steering wheel , i took the horn off and check it with my battery and it work but then i push the button don't work at all


any idea what the issue might be?

and how to take unsembled the steering wheel

 

If your SRS light was on too, i'd say the cable reel assembly is busted or became disconnected? This connects power to the horn/cruse/airbag.

did you check fuses?
