It doesnt look too bad, It did ok during the big header test a while back.

Didn't have the midrange of some of the more expensive headers but it was right with em around the peak #'s if i can recall correctly.

they are supose to retail at $850. We have the last 2 that were mabe and selling for $650 each. Weapon-R got a letter from hy-techs lawyers from what i heard and they no longer make them.

wowzers !!!!!!

They dont look too much different from DC or ITR headers..IMO. Does look nice and im for sure its gonna give u better numbers than dc or itr. I would prefer a side exit header instead of a stock looking exhaust manifold. Each to their own.

 

my friend has a set.....the flanges is cut a little funny and you will probably have to drill out the holes to make it fit.....

the headers cracks like a mother ****** too....good luck...
leo didnt do too much research into materials when he was producing this header

 

thanks for the heads up about cracking....that's one thing i'm definitely concerned with.

 

put a flex pipe in your exhaust set up or some spring bolts and that will help with the cracking issue

 

it usually happens around the collectors

 

if i remember correctly the DC JDM 4-1 did better than the Weapon R. It actually did really well, considering the price.

sooner or later they all will end up a like..

but that why hytech went and got a patent on the "header"

Let's see , different collector styles , different pairing of primaries.. Nope , looks nothing like an smsp besides it's longer than stock and fits a honda.

comptech and weapon r really...
the others like smsp and dtr are similar in someways, but there are some apparent differences in design and pairing
