Default Help with fiberglass sub enclosure

Ok I need some help with building a fiberglass sub enclosure. I am planning on a major fiberglass enclosure. I will be forming and molding. My outlook is to have it painted to mirror gloss finish and yes I know this will take me alot of sanding and about 2 weeks to 3 weeks to do. I need a tutorial on how to do this will list of items needed to be purchased and everything. I got some feedback from another person and he said it us polyurethane foam for my base for my forming. I want everyone to know that I will be running 2- 1200 watt kicker L7's both ran by 1200 watt mono amps. So i need something that is not going to crack and will be able to stand this pressure in a honda civic hatchback. can someone also please let me know what the cubic feet for kicker L7's are for maximum base. I need a tutorial from the start to the finish. Very thourough if possible from opening the trunk area to the clear coat. Also I took out my back seats and am in the outlook of doing the whole thing fiberglass from the front seats to the rear. If someone could please help me out i would appreciate it alot!!!! THANK YOU!!!! If you need more info please email me xtremekustoms@suscom.net
