i found a prospective prelude to buy and would like to know what the inside looks like (it's a few states away). do you guys like leather or cloth interiors btw?

i dont think the inside matters much i redone my car totally but i like cloth leather sticks to you in the summer and in the winter it's cold on your ***

does anyone think that seat covers would be too tacky to put over leather?

 

i bought my 98 prelude w/ the factory cloth completely removed from the driver and passenger side seats and replaced w/ cushioned 3a Racing seat covers. personally i think they are pieces of crap and they look and feel like crap. also the cushion shifts and moves w/ your body weight while entering and exiting the car. im about to install new seats b/c i hate the covers so much.

Thats a 92, 93's don't have the huge storage that goes between the rear seats. And 94-96 are all the same.

last question, do all 4th gens (ie - 96 vtec) still have the awesome blue glow display/dash?

Pic of my old 4th gens interior. Mine was a 93 So I didnt have the EL gauges or cupholders.

 

okay, so i go out and take 10 photos of my '96 last night and when i try to post them all i get when i click on the "insert image" icon, is this: [IMG][/IMG]!!

you need to get the images hosted (uploaded onto a web site). then you put the location of picture between the "[IMG][/IMG]".

I believe no one showed the rear seats cuz no one can sit in those freakin things!! haha

Whoa, I have that same shift **** in my car, and my shifter sits MUCH lower than that! I must have a short shifter that came with the car when I bought it! Hmmmm........

 

Hey Joel... is that an aftermarket shift boot?

Here's my interior. 94 Prelude VTEC. Interior is the same for 94-96. Except the heater part on the temperature adjustment has circles instead. I believe thatwas 96 only but I might be wrong. Stock leather... but swapped out to Recaros.
