5th Gen Accord Shocks interchangeable w/ 4th Gen Prelude

Can I swap my 5th gen Accord KYB AGX with a 4th Gen Prelude Koni Yellows??

possibly, but it wont be right without not without the full prelude susp. conversion

cuz the rears on teh prelude are completely differnt from the accord rears......

i thought the whole suspension was the same, but im not 100% sure. I may be thinkin about coilovers being interchangable. I dont know.
