I have a 1990 Honda Accord with and automatic tranny. I need to get the shift **** off to restore it. The question is how in the hell do you get the sports mode cable out? I have gotten the **** all the way to where the onlything holding it in place is the sports mode cable. Is there a way to disconnect it with out cutting it? I guess i could cut it and then solder it back together, but i really want to keep it whole. Thanks guys.
