Rear upper control arm - thread insert broke!

Rear upper control arm - thread insert broke!
Holly smokes!
Was installing the new suspension this weekend and putting in a SPC adjustable rear control arms, and the passenger side broke! The thread insert thats welded behind the sheet metal broke and the bolt wont come out!
I talked to some shops, and they have never heard of this problem before!
After working 20 hours this weekend on the car, I didn't have the energy to investigate how to fix the thread insert yet. Might work on it tonight or tomorrow to see how I can fix this.
Has anyone run into this before? I searched and drew a blank. I'm exhausted and delirious as we speak. Think I need another good nights rest after all the weekends work!
