i have used the revhard manifold......it works ok ....the runners are about 1 inch shorter than the jg ...... i made pretty good hp.....my only main beef is the round ugly thing on the plenum......and your throttle body might only fit 3 holes.....

I'm using the Revhard intake manifold on my turbo motor. I really like it performance wise. Definetly has more power up top. I used to the have JG manifold. They look the same to me. Throttle body fit just fine. My only issue was having to go with an external aeromotive fuel pump. AEM FPR wouldn't work because of the fuelrail sitting down so low, and runners being so fat. Also I had to rig the throttle cable bracket to make it work.

i also had that fpr problem...but that the same problem with the jg manifold...
jackson racing makes this adapter that turns the fpr sideways and it will clear the manifold.....

i used a b16 fuel rail and mounted the throttle bracket to the fuel rail....

I remember that adaptor but I wasn't sure about how to go about getting one... so I went with the external aeromotive fpr, and bought the steel braided fuel line kit from Stan @ Fast-Turbo.

I didn't think about mounting the throttle cable to the fuel rail...

portflow.com has donw some airflow testing on these manifolds and has seen 30-50 cfm increase compared to the JG Edelbrock. For the other issues FPR... sorry for the trouble, sometimes we're caught up on the performance side that we forget the little things.

is the revhard manifold much like the JG one where power increases are seen more on top end after around 7500+ rpms? I'm trying to decide between the two and also thinkin about just keeping my skunk2 mani. i'll be running an sc61 2liter gsr motor.

i also just read that the revhard manifold fits on all b-series heads, its universal which is deffinately a plus.

I tried it today and Im running into clearance problems....

its hitting on the master cylinder resavoir. Its not hitting or touching without the car running but as soon as it turns over or I was to put a full load on the motor; i def see problems.

im trying to figure out what I can do about fixing this problem.

Take a master cyl cup off a single cam master.. I had to do this for clearance on my Itb's. I notice no loss in breaking, but my brakes suck anyway..lol
Or get a remote res kit made. Or buy a tilton remote res..

what chassis are you running this manifold in??

i might be running the revhard manifold on a b-series in a crx....and i was wondering if there would be any clearance issues with the master cylinder, etc

DA very similar to your EF

BUT I forgot to add that Im running a hondata style intake manfold gasket (outlaw eng.) its about a 1/4'' thick and Im thinking if i removed that it would free up more room. Remember its not hitting anything yet, but underload or **** even at idle its going to **** up that thing.
