A little help please
Hey guys I hardly drive on the freeways here in cali (traffic, paint chips ect) but whenever I do, it feels like im getting knocked around by wind from side to side from the wheels. Its comming from the tires/suspension and I'm not sure if this is normal. I've asked a few people and they said this is normal for the ITR. However when I drive on the street it feels smooth. Its just those long straight freeways. Any thoughts?
You're probably experiencing "tram-lining" or exceptionally strong winds - neither of which you can do anything about.
You might want to check your alignment - those crappy Cali roads can mess it up pretty good.

What part of California are you in? Any freeway in particular, or pretty much all of them?
I know there are some freeways that have more pronounced water/rain grooves in them. Your tires will track along these grooves if they are deep/wide enough. Some tires are more affected than others. I think wider tires are more affected.
