ok i have a REPLICA ww front bumper... meaning a cheap generic version... was on my car when i bought it. its a 90 crx. but i have 90 bumper lights and the are to short.

so my question is wich bumper lights are LONGER. the ones i have are actually a bit shorter then the hole about 1/2-1 inch on each side. are the 88-89 longer? i thought they where shorter, and if they are shorter then wtf am i supose to use for a bumper light?

can ANYONE with a crx OR HATCHBACK please go measure there bumper lights? i thought the ones i have are for a 90 but i could be wrong. they measure about 9 1/4 inches. the hole in the bumper measures about 10 1/2 to 10 3/4 inches.....

I think the model matters too because mine are the long ones there for a 91 si. I think dx had the smaller ones.

 

mine is a 90 si....the ones i have.

 

88-89 bumper lights are SHORTER than 90-91 bumper lights.

90-91 Models doesn not affect length of the lights either. had a 90 DX and 91 Si, and were the same.

if you have the generic kit, the molds might not be dead on, so you might be SOL. thats what keeps the cost down, not as much attention to fitment and such. you might have to fab up a way to get the bumper lights to work. wish i had better news for you. good luck

 

what about hatchback or coupe/sedan lights? ive been looking into it and they SEEM about the same size but i cant find any measurements.

you have a crx? you might have got a hatchback bumper. the hatch lights are longer.
