H23 Torque specs on the rod bearing caps and mainbearings?
Well a good buddy of mine is tryin to do sumethin to his wife's lude I believe..anyways it's the H23 and he needs to know the torque specs on the rod bearin caps and the mainbearings. He searched but found nothing. Help me/him out...it's a 92 motor, 92-96 car

Tell Rican_Nick to check the IA post, i replied to him there.
But anyways, the rods are 34 ft/lb's, and the mains are stepped at 22 then 54 ft/lb's.
The torque pattern is also on his IA.com post.
