hey i just got a SOHC ZC from my friends 91 HB SI we thought he had a regular SI it was fast in his car he beat GSR's in it and ran 15'6 does any one know about this engine i think this one is from 88 is it JDM and how much tourqe and HP does it have and do u guys think its a decent motor cuz my SI blew???

 

its 118hp and its good to have the jdm ecu because redline is raised a little bit. i have sohc zc w/ a turbo setup

 

i got one in my car not sure bout the specs, i thought it was an si too but it was the jdm sohc zc.

I have one in my sedan, I think all it is is the regular D16A6 cyl head with the DOHC ZC bottom end, the hp increase comes from the slightly higher compression. Everything from the D16A6 should bolt on as regular.
