Default I'm new...please help!

I just got a 93 SI Prelude...I am swapping an H22 in it...original was an H23. The guy doing my swap says that the fuel rails aren't interchangable...can anyone tell me if they are or aren't? My b/f (who gave me the car) says that they should just switch over from the H23 to the H22...HELP! I really want this car to run...soon!
Thanks
Ashley

yeah i'm pretty sure they are interchangeable. They def. are with the F22 (S) motor cuz thats wat i did and it was perfect. he prolly says that cuz the fuel lines come in from the other side on a Right Hand drive car (which is wat ur JDM H22 comes from). just tell him to do it. if it really doesn't work then get one from a junkyard from a S model (it's a SOHC motor). that will work

I am showing different part numbers for the '94 h23a fuel rail opposed to the 95 h22a1 and the 98 h22a4 fuel rails.

Give me the specific years of the h23a and h22a motor you have.

The h23 is a 93 and so is the h22. I was told I need new O rings...another question...are the manifolds the same?? My exhaust couldnt fit the H22 b/c that manifold was too big apparently..so he is switching the H23 onto it...will that work??? This really freakin sucks..but I want it done right the first time so my car will run.
Thanks for all your help everyone!

The 93 Si and the 93 Si-Vtec are showing "16610-PT3-A00" for both part numbers, so you should be fine.

It is recommended you replace your o-rings, but I have gotten away with reusing them in the past. Make sure you clean them out thouroughly with parts cleaner as well. If you get new 0-rings, they run about 40 bucks through the dealer.
