I did a search and nothing came up. I have a 95 Accord,and I want to paint them.(arms) Should I sand down the old paint off, or just spray paint it black? I think I should sand down, apply one coat of black outdoor high heat spray paint, let dry, then apply clear coat, then 1 more coat of black. Is this good? Can anyone give me a step by step process? Thanks
