Suspension noise
Need some opinions in helping me to diagnose what is wrong with my car (96 accord EX, 5sp.) When making a sharp right hand turn my right rear suspension will make a knocking sound repeatedly until I straighten the car up. My initial thought was that I had a ball joint going bad. What are your thoughts and thank you in advance for your help. BTW, My car is lowered 1.25" with Sprint springs and KYB AGX shocks. Let me know!
It has 133K on it. The noise comes and goes so i'm not sure what to do with it. I know this is a dumb question but are there CV joints on the rear of the car. I know they will click when turning if they are going bad but i've always assumed that they were just on the front wheels of a fwd car. Thanks!
ooh my bad. You said right rear suspension. My fault.
I don't think there are CV joints in the rear, but I'm not sure at all. I didn't mean to miss guide you.

My car does the same thing while going over bumps or hard right hand turns. I have Eibach pro kit springs on and someone said that the rear spring may not have been installed correctly.
well in general, you will hear noises from around the spring/strut area i.e. bumps/uneven roads. I certainly do with my Tein setup, and I have friends who have replaced the springs with aftermarket parts like eibach, and they hear the same thing.
