Default Pics of my stolen/recovered itr

Well here are the pics. Some of you wanted to see, so here they are. Everything has been settled. The car is a salvage title. Now going to be a race only car. The car was thrashed around, but at least I got back more than most ever have. So I guess I should be thankful for that. And for the theives reading, next time steal someone's car that doesn't have a tracking device on it so you don't get all caught up. My police report comes with your address and info. I know who you are.

This one is thanks to the guy at the SFPD tow yard

I was lucky, you might not be. Keep your cars safe, try not to post to much info about physical location. And don't get lazy with layering security. Removable steering wheel might have saved me.

Thanks man for the support. Yeah everyone is telling me to sell this car. My friends, family, and anyone who i talk to. But I have had so much fun in this car, I don't think I could see anyone else driving it. I won't put her in harms way ever again.

Looking for this???

Car looks depressed

Yeah man the exhaust I got from you was damaged up in the whole ordeal. Got scraped on the bottom and the tip is a little worse for wear. But it's still usable. I bought Swags old T1R, so I'll be selling mine.

There will be a HUGE for sale thread posted by me tomorrow. It will have some of the things that I cannot afford to keep anymore. The car still needs a five lug in front, axles, ecu, steering wheel, brake lines. So I need to free up some capital by selling my spare parts. If anyone has these items let me know.

My goal is to get the car running within a month so we'll have to see have fast I can do all the work. But I would like to get it rolling as a start.

sue the people responsible., if they are kids sue their parents. your car does not have to be salvage tittle, don't go through your insurance, just make the a hole pay for everything. get a lien on their house,cars....
it will take longer to re-build but your car will not be salvage and you will have everytjing back and then some, you should not have to sacrifice anything. nor settle for less.

Well thanks for the support and advice guys. I can't post their address. The reason being that a lot of people on this board think that these guys stole their car. Three itr's were found within ten blocks of this house within one month. I'm afraid if I give out the address, people will vandalize the house and or hurt the people in it. If that were to happen the cops would look at me first. I can't deal with all that ****.

Secondly the car is already a salvage title. I received over 21000 for it and that is including them giving me my car back for 900 bucks with the motor, seats, front end.

The main things missing that really hurt. Euro cluster, five lug, front coilovers, all my carbing bars, my cooling plate, cf duct. That's pretty much all they got.

Yes the car was recovered inside the persons garage. No nobody is in jail. Why? Because our sophisticated law system protects criminals until there is "substantial evidence"

This is what the police told me........."Unless there was an eye witness that would testify in court that they saw them dismantling the car, or if they were caught driving it around, or if somone in the house ratted them out, there is no way anyone is getting arrested."

Basically they are saying that having the car in the garage with nobody around it is not enough evidence. They need fingerprints, or some other form of evidence.

And get this, they only searched the garage. They didn't obtain a warrant after the location of my R. So my five ug and all my **** was probably sitting in this guys room or in one of their cars and they didn't bother to check.

Something else that is shitty is that they have my digital camera that I had in the trunk. Canon S50 with a 256K card. Pictures of me and my friends and even some of our Buttonwillow meet were on there. So that suxors big time.

And a couple things make sense now that I have had time to think about it. My car was found with a car cover which at first didn't make sense. Then I remembered that my leather Acura booklet had my lojack papers. So they knew it had lojack. The cops say they didn't touch the car for about four days. Who would be dumb enough to do that you would ask? Well since they knew it had lojack, they parked it on the street for four days waiting to see if the police were going to locate it. After four days of the car just sitting there with no attention, they figured if lojack were to work, it would have already happened. So they started working on the car, and unfortunately for them the fifth morning at 8:45 am the car was seized from their house.

If only the police would have contacted me befre they went to that house or before they dragged my whole car by the front end for like 30 ft. I would have told them to come at night. WHo the hell is going to be stripping a car in the morning? Most likely the thieves were sleeping. At night they would have for sure gotten those ********. But whatever I know where they live and they know where I do. I have to keep a loaded rifle and handgun in my room when I sleep because my mom thinks they might come after me. But I think that they already realize that they fucked with the wrong person, and that ******* with me more is only going to get them either shot or in jail. So I'm not too worried.

they might not have any hard evidence for a criminal court, but for a civil law suit, you have enough evidence to win. as long as the car was sitting inside someones garage the owner of that garage would be liable for what ever happened to the car. so the judge will find it to reward you of some more loot.
