You should try to reach the limit of the stock suspension first. I made the mistake of upgrading before I could out drive the stock suspension. It takes you longer to learn correct habits when the suspension saves your ***. Much like running sticky tires should be saved for later on.

Take it to the track, its more fun.
Spend the money on track days/schools instead of bling blang suspension parts.

At this stage of the game, you could make a mistake with how you will eventually want your car to handle.
I hope it doesn't make you mad or sound dismissive, but I'm going to mirror RJ's comments and suggest that since you are just getting into the sport, the biggest first improvement you can make is in your driving.
Stay in driver schools for a season or even two seasons, and then you will know better how you might want to change the car.
At this stage, if you're changing the car you are trying to make up for your own insufficiencies more than the car's.
