Default what axles are you rocking for the track/street?

i went to the track and broke both my axles. i want some aftermarket high power axles meant for the track that i can also use on the street.... let me know what you have, and how u like them.... my car isnt modded to much, so id onl need a stage one axles

also, from what ive seen it doesnt matter all about power, it is driver most of the time. ive seen type-r's go into the 12's on stock axles. when i goto the track i usually raise my back up, tighten my dampers. when im at the treei match my clutch and gas to where it starts to move the car, then i yank the e-brake to preload the rear as much as possible. then when i launch i let off the e-brake and the clutch at the same time.

We ran 11.3@ palmdale with our all motor race car with stock GSR axles and never had a problem with them. But I guess the driver and the clutch set-up plays a very big factor. But on the other hand we got street cars that break axles all the time from the street races to the tracks.

stock gsr axles from the honda factory, or like pep boys, or napa or something

I use gsr axels with a gsr intermediate shaft an I launch at 4800 rpm on slicks with an ACT 6 puck clutch and ITR LSD and haven't had a problem yet!!

im running stock axels in my all motor race car wiht 24" slicks and havent broken one yet... and we do consistant 1.5s in the 60ft and I launch at 7500 RPM...

no broken ones yet ** knock on wood**
