Default Thermostat for 92 JDM h22

K, I need a new thermostat for a JDM h22a from a 92 Prelude. I work at a Honda dealership and I am unable to get the correct one. Is there another one that'll work like one off a 98 Accord f22? Something of that matter?

Thanks

The only thing i can think of is to just take you JDM thermostat with you to work and kinda measure other thermostats you have in stock. But other than that i don't know anything about the JDM motors, i figured it would be the same as the US one, but i guess not.

Hrmm this sucks...

I just pulled mine out today and planned on heading to the dealership tommorow to get one..

The thermostat housings are the exact same on both motors, why would the thrmostat be any different? I'm gonna oreder one for a 94 prelude srv 2.2 dohc vtec tommorow should be the same.

This happened to me a few months ago. You have to go to the dealer. I went to Advanced and they have the wrong part for all hondas. Take the thermo out and compare it with what they have. I think mine is off a 98sh. But I am not 100% sure. You should have no problem determining which is which when you look at them.
