Default Cluster swap, no tach for a cluster with tach on a 90 civic hatch std, can i pop out and pop in?

Is it as simple as removing the old one and replacing it with the new one? Any rewiring need to be done? This is on 1990 civic hatch std and the "new" cluster would come from a 90 civic sedan or crx

I swapped a cluster from a 90 crx si. It was all plug and play. All of it, that is, except the odometer. If you don't care about swapping the odometers than it's simple but in my case I had to interchange a few small parts. Other than that just make sure you plug everything in securely and your good to go. Oh yeah, and if you're swapping a cluster from a crx into a hatch make sure you swap the brackets on the cluster too.
