Default Whats are some good lowering springs with stock ITR struts?

Im not in the mood to spend all the money for a full set of coilovers(struts/springs) right now. I would just like to get a nice set of lowering springs with no bounce and no blown shocks. Im gonna be using my stock struts for right now. I was thinking spoon sports springs or Tein, maybe even a set of Skunk2 adjustable coilovers? Can i get some opinions?

H&R Sports are good, I don't know about the longevity of your stock struts though.

my friends type r has been on skunk2's for awhile on his stock shocks.
do yourself a favor and get omni's generic sleeve overs (exactly the same as skunk2)..i think they're only 179.99

spring rates are 448 lb's in the front, 336 lb's in the rear
on the omni sleeve overs (not full coilovers that he also sells)
right now i have 400F 300R and i wish i went a lil harder.
damn only 180 bucks.
that's what i'd get if i were you.

i'm using H&R Sports and they do the job. Bouncy at times but what do you expect. I know the Spoons can be used with stock also
