like the title says they are racing hart c2's they are from japan, the 3 piece design not the RH evo's... they are 17x7 with the 4x100 and 4x114.3 lug pattern.... the offset is 38+

there are no center caps with these rims because i bought them without them... i had a guy lined up to sell me his but then he decided not to... these rims are in great condition... there is a curb mark on two of the rims and a small unnoticable dent on one


EDIT: there are two toyo t1-s tires and two toyo all-season tires on the other two
