Canon S500 5.0 megapixel digital camera: 1 month old

I just picked up a digital rebel, so I am looking to sell my S500. Camera includes:

Camera unit
Lithium Ion Battery
Battery Charger
Sandisk 256mb CompactFlash card
32mb CompactFlash card (the one it came with)
Software
USB Cable
A/V cable
Wrist strap (that I never installed, still in bag)

The only parts this camera is missing is the manuals and the entire box. I do have the flap off the box with the serial number, UPC, etc though.

Asking $350 obo.

how much without the 256mb card? i'd love to buy your camera if i can sell mine..

I'd liek to keep it together. I was actually kinda throwing in the card for free anyway with the camera. I figure $350 is a fair price considering it's $500 brand new, and this camera has barely been used.
