Default Tranny question

I have a N/A 93 Prelude VTEC H22a. when i shift from first to second my gears grind with the clutch fully pressed. its the only gear that does it. so if im trying to get up quick i kinda have to let the motor slow its rev before i can get it in 2nd, which slows me down bad. any ideas?

Because I am retarted and miss-read what you said. change the 1st and second selector ring and synchros. Sorry for the confusion.
