Question about a head?

I have a 92 hb SI the d16z6 does anyone knoe if the D16a6 head will fit on my car? and does anyone know if it is v-tec? If it isn't will it run right since my ecu is programmed for v-tec?

I found a PnP head, includes new springs, stems, over size pistons, OBX sprocket for 80 dollars
