ummm, thats a hard question to answer.. but basically to tune a car there are 3 basic variables to tune if your car is non turbo
1. cam timing
2. ign timing
3. fuel volume
your ecu should help you with #2-3, but for number one, you need adj cam gears. they go for between $150-300. get a set and then you can advance or retard your cam timing. this allows more or less valve overlap, and therefore more or less air into the engine. get a shop to dyno and set your cam gears.. and you shoudl pick up a few HP along with better response.
more advanced modifications would be a V-afc, or fuel pressure regulator and gauge. that way your mechanic can adj your fuel as well. good luck

looks like you have NOTHING on your list of parts to tune with whatsoever. the closest thing to tunning that you can do without anything to really tune with, is your distributor. all you can really do is retard and advance timing which may or may not help.
i would suggest you invest in some cam gears, afc/hondata/uberdata/ems, fpr.
oh and i would get rid of the chip as it isn't tuned for your setup. unless it's tuned for your setup/ a/f, it's pretty much useless.
