Default Will 225/45-16 have any rubbing problems with neuspeed sport springs?

I was wondering if I would have any rubbing problems with running a 225/45-16 tire. I have neuspeed sport springs which are a 1.7" front and 1.5" rear drop I believe.

I used to run 215/40-16 Nitto NT450 tires, but I'd like to go with Yokohama AVS ES100's this time around in a 225 wide if I can pull it off without any problems.

The wheels they would go on are 16x7 Rota Grids.

Any input is appreciated

if you are going with 225 width, then 45 is too much sidewall. 225/40-16. i was thinking about the wider tire also, but my ES100s stick plenty good [215/45-16].

as for rubbing, not sure. but your chances are better if you aren't using a camber kit to push the top edge of the tire back out.

Right on, I figured 225's would be a bit too much.

I'm going to probably go with a set of 215/45-16 Azenis then

225's will definately rub. Get 215's.

BTW, ES100's don't come in 215's?

Toyo t1s 225/40/16s work with stock height integras with either GSR/ITR springs. no rubbing even with wheel to wheel turn with 16x7 rims (make sure of the offset though)

-aoib0t, who runs 225/40/16

oh yeah. typ-o. that's 205/45-16. my bad. i think an integra with 225s would look pretty wicked, but you might have to get custom backspacing? dunno.
