Rear discs will fit a sedan but you will need other stuff to make them work, so therefore they fit but not completely. The other stuff in no way bolts to a sedan.

this is most of the basic **** i can think of...

Intake / Header / Exhaust...Suspension (springs & shocks)...New ignition wires...New Spark Plugs..I mean theres so many stuff. IMO save up for the I/H/E..you'll notice some performance added to your car. If you do the suspension..You'll ride low and nice for the ladies
But yes...once you start modding...dont expect to stop. Thank God for work and overtime

I dont have that high paying job so I'll have to save up and mod slowly. I'll probably start with some ignition wires and plugs because my car sucks especially in the rain.
It's a 91 Civic LX sedan for those that dont know already and it's a auto
what is I/H/E ?
Is it worth it to paint my stock wheels? and is it "cooler" to have or not to have the hubcaps on?

Hubcaps and cool don't belong in the same sentence. Save your money.

You could have had intake for the price of your rice. hehe

That guy might be the biggest tool I've ever seen. His tire valve stem caps he refers to as a "valve cover".
Here's some cheap (home depot)mods for you 4g Sedan until you have the money to do it right:
1) Cut your springs. It makes your car look like it's dumped, but it also makes your suspension feel like ****, but if you're ghetto like me and probably wouldn't care, it's a cool way to make your car look lowered for the cost of a replacement piece for your drill.
2) Remove your hubcaps, or paint them black, either way from afar or while the car is moving it gives that cheap, racey, faux "black wheel" look.
3) Strip your interior. There are many different extents you can go to on this, but I've generally found that trunk carpet, under seat carpet, headliners, etc all do a whopping nothing besides take up weight. If you're really hardcore you could remove everything except the seats.
4) Spraypaint goes a long way. There are plenty of things you can decorate with spray paint and some masking tape to make sure you do a good job. From wheels, to interior pieces (many will call it tacky but you just asked for cheap things you could do). There are many little pieces in the engine bay that can be spray painted too.
5) Do it yourself intake. This one is probably the most expensive thing you'll encounter, I built something for my old MX-6 that cost me a whopping $26 to make. But at the same time you can get VERY creative when you're in the hardware store. You can use a faucet plumbing box, use a big HEPA filter cut to size to fit, clamp it to the box, and then run some piping back to your intake manifold and I will be you double your intake efficiency.

Wow that is a funny car man. Are you serious with it? I f*cked around with one of my beaters. Put neons all over in it made it so its only 1 switch for like 5 neon lights that are suppose to be plugged into the lighter switch. Then I painted the drums, calilpers, steelies (rims w/o hubs), was going to lower it and throw a exhaust on it but now I think I blew something so it sucks now. It was a fun car to mess with. An 88 VW Fox GL.
