I need a pair 7" x 2.25" ERS springs in either 350 or 400lbs/in rates. Where the heck can you buy these? If anyone has these lying around I'd be interested, I need them within a week!
Also I read something like the springs included in the GC kits are "semi-progressive." I don't have the kit with me right now so I can't look at the springs. Are they really semi-progressive? I got the standard 380/250 Integra kit. Would getting linear 350 or 400b/in rear springs make my handling unpredictable and shitty?

Just a little FYI, the GC kits generally use a 2.5" spring.
As for buying the things, you may be able to find what you want in this thread here: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=553330. Otherwise, you could buy right from Ground Control. I'm sure some others could chime in with other sources.
In my experience with my '99 Civic Si (fairly similar to your Integra), I played around with different rates over the course of a couple of years and ended up with a decent balance using 380lb/in [slightly progressive at the leading edge of compression] springs on the front end and 450lb/in springs in the rear. This was a mixed-purpose street driven car that I'd take to track days/autocrosses. The addition of a Comptech rear bar only sweetened things.
All that being said, I have a pair of 350s in a 7"x2.5" should you want them.
Another thing I found with that car was that it really liked an 8" front spring. At that front rate, I'd find the shocks bottoming a little bit, and that extra inch helps immensely.

you can buy them directly from ground control. theyre the west coast distributor of ERS. opm motorsports (whatever their website is now) also distributes them. youll need 2.5" ID springs, as mentioned.
ERS are NOT progressive. theyre straight linear springs.
check the sticky up top of this forum, ppl will trade or sell springs. the ones youre looking for are pretty common.

can't really tell you how it will make your car handle it should impove it but i would go with a 450 in the back thats what i run on my hatch and it is VERY well balanced, i also have a 19mm rear sway bar and non upfront

Thanks for the help guys. So it's a 2.5" spring huh? Somehow I heard that they are 2.25" ones, but I could have heard wrong. I'll look at the numbers on the springs tomorrow when I get home.
Mike P., I may be interested in those 350's you have... trying to decide between those and the 400's. I currently have Neuspeed Sofsports with Tokico Blues... measly 250/185 rates. Even with a thick 25.4mm front bar and only somewhat beefy 19mm rear bar the car handles quite neutrally - I credit the better weight dist. of the Integra vs. a Civic hatch (Integra = heavier *** essentially) and the fact that I've done over 100lbs of weight reduction off the front and maybe only 40-50lbs off the rear on race day. Even with the current setup I can get some major oversteer and I even spun it in a slalom without really letting off the power at all... I know there are a lot of variables of course but I'm just trying to illustrate. So I'm torn between 380/350 and 380/400. I can always change later, maybe I'll start with 350's for now and work my way up to 400's later.
