You can race in the Honda-Challenge with a hybrid engine. You'd be classified in H1. Of course there are many other rules to follow as well.

 

his ls/vtec is somehow 2.1L, though... and I believe H-C still requires stock bottom end parts in H1.

I'll just say, if you really want to road race, don't think about turning your current street/drag car into a race car. Unless you're intimately familiar with road race car prep, you'll go a lot farther buying something already prepared.

If you do want to road race that car, assuming that DA Integra is the car in question, my advice would be to dump a freshened stock motor into it. You'll be doing a lot more work on other parts of the car, swapping a stock engine back in is trivial compared to designing and building a cage and dialing in your suspension.

 

you could probably run in the world challenge and get your *** kicked by AWD turbo cars or the grand am and get your *** handed to you.


if you have a crazy motor set up you need to go to a racing series which is unlimited, and what that means is there is going to be people with endless amounts of money into something far better then a FF car. sorry man but its the truth
