Default Another lame CRX Si Seat Question

I've tried searching, and I almost just want confirmation...

In order to use my 1991 CRX Si Seats in my 1988 CRX Si, I need to swap over the seat and the rail correct? And will the rail fit correctly? I have heard something about certain bolts will certain wont.. Any one who is a guru on the whole seat swapping thing?

seat rails do not swap out in between the 88's and the 89-91.

you need to use the entire assembly from the 91 seats and custom fit em . this requires some customized holes.

Do I use the Seat-belt insert thingies from the 91 Seats or the 88 ones attached to the frame? Anyone with pics of the holes you need to drill in the 91 rails?

use the frame mounted buckles. one goes straight through the floor. and the rest need to have the holes enlarged.

you can also use stamped metal, and get the older rails on the newer seats if you want. but its easiest to drill and thread new holes in the car.

Wait, have the holes enlarged on the CAR or on the Seat Rail? I'm still way confused as to Where I'm drilling, so no one on this entire site has a picture?

**** that ****, that will:
1. take too much time
2. Is not as safe.

what u should do is swap the seat pans out from the 88's to the 91's and then u just bolt them back in
